Manuel was born in the Philippines and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Liceo de Cagayan University in March 2006. After working in the Philippines for some time he came to work in the UK and enjoyed his time working on the neuro-musculoskeletal ward especially where I looked after patients with different neurological disorders.
His interest with Chiropractic flourished when he saw an elderly lady who suffered Parkinson’s Disease for 10 years and had been looked after by a Chiropractor throughout that period of time. He could see that this patient seemed to have better function in their body that other people who has this condition. Ageing is inevitable but that doesn’t mean one has to be dysfunctional. He started his studies in Chiropractic at the University of South Wales graduating in 2018 with Integrated Masters in Chiropractic. Manuel is keen on keeping abreast of the latest research and is a licentiate member of the Royal College of Chiropractors and through membership is keeping up with all the latest developments in the management of musculoskeletal pain syndromes. After graduating he was chosen to do a poster presentation of his undergraduate research at the European Chiropractic Conference in Budapest in 2018, something only afforded to the best researchers. He has an interest in post graduate research and hopes to do more of this as his career progresses.
Chiropractic has been shown to be an effective way of managing many conditions which affect the quality of life of thousands of people every day.
He looks forward to meeting you and through chiropractic care and the right exercise regime enabling you to achieve your goals in health and well-being.
