Stefano worked for 3 years as a personal trainer and felt he wanted to increase his knowledge and help others more effectively. Following the recommendation of a friend, he completed a four-year fulltime master’s degree in at the University of South Wales to become a chiropractor. He had previously had first-hand experience of chiropractic treatment as a patient for an injury picked up in the gym and was impressed by how knowledge chiropractors have as part of their extensive training. Stefano spent quite some time choosing where in Britain he wanted to practise and has settled in Bristol. In his spare time he likes to go to the gym and explore new places.
Stefano is a member of the British Chiropractic Association which represents the largest group of chiropractors in the UK. He enjoys the privileges membership affords with all the Continual Professional Development courses the BCA offers to keep abreast of current developments in the management of musculoskeletal injuries and their affects on peoples’ health and well-being.
Stefano looks forward to helping people from all walks of life, assisting them to return their former state of wellbeing and facilitating ways to maintaining this state of health. Owing to his extensive knowledge and experience of resistance training, he is particularly adept at modifying current exercise programmes while working around pain/injury to help patients actively reach their desired health goals. New patients visiting Stefano will be impressed at the thorough case history, extensive examination, including x-rays where necessary, he carries out for each patient which can take up to an hour on the first visit to help him design a pathway for patients to play an active role in their health and wellness whilst undergoing chiropractic treatment.
